After finishing this painting Ella came over to inspect it and give her approval. One by one, she pointed at the animals and commented on them. "Look, it's a bear! Look, it's a rabbit!" When she was done she got a very puzzled look on her face and turned to me quizzically. I asked her what was wrong. She pointed back at the painting and said in all seriousness "Where's the hippo?"

I knew I had forgotten something.
